Q1 . Are you a Manufacturer or a trading company?

A: We are a professional manufacturer that is mainly engaged in the stage lighting and architectural lighting research, design, development, production, sales and service since 2008.


Q2 . What kind of certificates you have?

A: We have CE, ROHS as well as national patents. If you need UL, ETL and other certificates, we also can offer, but the product prices will increase much.


Q3 . What's the payment term?

A: For normal orders, we need 30% deposit before production and 70% balance before shipment. T/T bank, Western Union, Paypal are acceptable.


Q4. Do you accept OEM or ODM?

A: Yes, OEM and ODM are welcome.


Q5. Do you have any MOQ limit for stage light order?

A:  Low MOQ. 1 pc for sample checking is available.We don't have strict limitation to MOQ, but the more you order, the more discount you get.


Q6. What about the lead time?

A:  For samples, we always have stocks and we can send them after receiving payment. For small orders, it takes 3 to 5 days. For big orders, it takes 15 days depending on the products and order quantity. For urgent order, we’ll check schedule and discuss specifically.


Q7. Can I have a sample order for led light?

A:  Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.


Q8.How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 5-7 days to arrive. Air shipments and sea shipments are also available.

Note: Actually, there are different options on shipment to meet client’s needs. We can propose the best way based on clients’ needs since we have a mount of cooperated shipping agents or we can arrange shipments following clients’ instructions.

Normal shipping ways:

1.Door to door express ( DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT)

2.By air (airport to airport)

3.By sea (port to port)

4.By sea or by air (door to door including customs clearance and custom duty)


Q9.What is the standard package?

A:  Carton box or flight case or carton with wooden frame.


Q10. Is it ok to print my logo on products or package?

A: Yes. Please kindly inform us formally before mass production and confirm the design based on our sample.


Q11. How to proceed an order for stage lights?

A: Firstly, let us know your requirements or applications.

Secondly, we quote according to your requirements or our suggestions.

Thirdly, customer confirms the orders and places deposit for formal order.

Fourthly, we arrange the production.


Q12. Do you offer guarantee for the products?

A: Yes, we offer 1-2 years warranty for our products based on their categories.


Q13. Are your products of good quality?How do you ensure the product quality?

A: Yes, they absolutely are.

Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%.

Firstly, we have inspections both for materials and finished products. For semi-manufactured products, we test for about 3 days and 2 days for finished products.

Secondly, during the guarantee period, if there is any problem with the product quality, we will offer free new light parts which can be delivered by your appointed express or together with your future orders. Or we can discuss the solution according to real situation. We provide life-long after-sales service for our clients.
